Sit Safe™ disposable toilet seat liners are intended solely to provide a disposable physical barrier between the user and a toilet seat. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, illness, infection, or medical condition.

Customers are responsible for using the product according to the instructions provided and for determining whether the product is appropriate for their individual needs.

Sit Safe™ does not guarantee that use of the product will eliminate exposure to germs, bacteria, viruses, allergens, or other contaminants.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sit Safe™ will not be responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse, improper application, use contrary to provided instructions, or modification of the product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
